Study Contract

Commonwealth and State Legislation govern the study contract between the Student and Chambers Institute.

As such, Chambers Institute, through its policies and procedures, upholds the provision of this legislation particularly in relation to the following jurisdictions:

Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act
The National Code 2007
Occupational Health and Safety Act
Disability Discrimination Act
Anti-Discrimination Act
Copyright Act
Privacy Act
ASQA Legislative Framework

Chambers Institute may vary such conditions of enrolment and/or operations as may be necessary to comply with Commonwealth and State Legislation.

National Recognition



Chambers Institute is operated in accordance with a government regulated quality assurance approach.

All vocational qualifications issued by Chambers Institute are recognized within the Australia Qualifications Framework and are issued under the authority of the Australian Skills and Qualification Authority (ASQA); this allows the qualifications and Statements of Attainment issued by Chambers Institute to be recognized by all other training providers under the provisions of “Mutual Recognition” of nationally accredited qualifications, which apply throughout Australia.
